Share transaction and request for appointment of two new directors to the board of easyJet plc

Stelios comments, "I am merely applying my rights under the articles of association of the company to protect my investment in easyJet."

On the evening of 13 November the Board of Directors of easyJet plc received a letter by email from their fellow director and beneficial owner of the largest block of voting shares, Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou.
